HVAC Installer Qualifications

•   EPA Certification

  • Sheet metal fabrication for installation and modification of ductwork to new or existing systems

  • Experience with Ductless Mini split installation

  • Knowledge HVAC equipment, codes and proper installation procedures

  • Understanding of Low voltage controls and wiring

  • Comply with company standards, policies, and procedures, including safety and maintenance of a clean work area

  • Use of HVAC tools and procedures for proper system start-up

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in tight space to perform the required task

  • Strive to provide an exceptional customer experience

  • Take ownership of your role

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Valid Driver License with a clean record

  • Willing to work after hours when needed

      Work Schedule

      • Full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hrs./wk): typical 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM or when job is completed

      • Occasional Saturdays
