HVAC Comfort Advisor Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED

  • 1-3 years in-home sales experience 

  • Good communication and time management skills, and self-motivated

  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Must have the ability to climb ladders and attic stairs and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units and to take measurements

  •  Ability to read product data

  • Comfort Advisor will be performing analysis on home, gathering information and making a recommendation on their heating and cooling solutions

  • Take a consultative approach to sell

  • Provide exceptional customer service. Strive to exceed customers’ expectations

  • Take ownership of the sale from beginning to end

  •  Follow up and follow through on all expectations

  • Comfortable offering finance and rebate programs

  • Attention to detail and processing of paperwork in a timely manner

  • Work closely with install team and management to achieve objects

  • Focus on self- improvement and continued education

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Take ownership of your role

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Valid Driver License with a clean record

  • Willing to work after hours when needed

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hrs./wk): Some evenings.

  • Occasional Saturdays
